BofA Survey: Gold Undervalued as Bullish Speculative Interest Rises

Speculative investors raised bullish gold bets for a third straight week amid U.S. debt sustainability concerns and debasement fears. CFTC data for the week ending August 18 showed net longs at 141,648 contracts, up 18% over three weeks and the highest since late September.
