Privacy Policy

1. General

Your privacy matters to us. This Policy explains what personal data we process when you use the silverfinance.org.ua service (the “Service”), for what purposes and on what legal grounds, and what rights you have.

The data controller is PE Tarasenko Andrii. Please read this Policy carefully before using the Service.

2. Data we collect

Data you provide directly: phone number (to confirm a request via SMS), region and city, metal, nominal, request type (buy/sell), price, request validity period, and any photos and comment you add to the request.

Data collected automatically: technical data about your device and browser, IP address, interface language, and interaction data needed for the Service to function and stay secure.

Cookies and similar technologies are used to store language settings and ensure the Service works correctly.

3. SMS verification

To confirm the uniqueness and authenticity of requests, we use SMS verification of the phone number. Publishing a request is not possible without verification.

The number of verification attempts per day may be limited for security reasons.

4. Purposes and legal grounds

We process data to: provide the Service (posting and viewing requests), confirm requests via SMS, ensure security and prevent abuse, and comply with the laws of Ukraine.

Legal grounds: your consent, our legitimate interests (proper operation and security of the Service), and legal compliance.

5. Advertising & analytics (Google Ads)

With your consent, a request may be promoted via Google Ads. For this we use the Google Ads API and the Google Ads tag (gtag) to measure ad performance.

The advertising/analytics provider is Google. Data that does not directly identify you (cookie identifiers, truncated interaction data) is shared for campaign measurement.

6. Who we share data with

Other users of the Service can see the information in a request that you make public (e.g. city, metal, price, and the phone number once revealed in the request).

Service providers that operate the Service (in particular hosting, SMS delivery, advertising and analytics).

Authorized government bodies — in cases provided for by the laws of Ukraine.

We do not transfer data to companies registered and/or operating in the territory of russia or the republic of belarus.

7. Data retention

We keep personal data no longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and to meet legal obligations — generally for one year.

After the retention period, data is deleted or anonymized.

8. Data security

We apply technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure, including transmitting data over a secure connection (HTTPS/SSL).

9. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, and object to the processing of your data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise your rights, contact us using the details below.
