Focus centers on Thursday’s June employment report at 8:30 a.m. ET. Private payrolls rose 98,000 versus a 92,500 forecast, with consensus expecting 100,000–115,000 and unemployment edging to 4.4%. Strong data would bolster the dollar and Fed expectations, while softer figures would allow gold and silver further upside.
