Gold and silver prices declined after the U.S. close on Monday as equities rallied, oil weakened and Treasury yields eased modestly, curbing safe-haven demand. Spot gold traded near $4,337.20 an ounce, down 0.95%, while silver stood at $66.080, off 0.44%. U.S. and European stock indices finished higher, with the S&P 500 rising 1.5% to 7,764.70.
